Sold strictly as-is. Not habitable in current condition. Plaster ceilings have come down in two rooms, a kitchen wall is open to the lath, the bathroom needs a full redo, the front steps are spalling, and the house needs a complete cleanout of debris and left-behind furniture. Assume all systems need to be inspected and likely replaced.

Some details about this property’s condition, systems, repairs, access, or other facts may not be verified yet. If we don’t know, we’ll say so plainly.
WHAT YOU SHOULD CHECK
Please verify the condition, measurements, systems, repairs, title, and any other details that matter to you before you commit. We encourage an inspection or contractor walk-through.
