Landén Haus markets homes across the United States on behalf of the people who own them. We do not own the homes on this site, we are not the seller of any of them, and we are not a lender. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Landén Haus, and “you” means anyone using this site.

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Listing details come from the people who bring the homes to us and from our own notes. Prices, payments, sizes, condition notes and availability can be wrong or out of date, and a home can come off the market at any time.

Map pins and map areas are approximate and are not guaranteed. A pin shows roughly where a home is, not its exact spot, and some homes show only a general area.

Homes are sold as-is. Check every detail yourself before you commit to anything.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, an offer of credit or a commitment to finance. A listing is an invitation to ask about a home.

Any purchase runs under a separate written agreement, and only that agreement sets its terms. If it differs from anything on this site, the agreement is what counts.

Down payments, monthly payments and the other terms of each home are set by its owner and vary from home to home.

We take no payments on this site and never ask for payment details here. Any deposit or payment for a home is arranged outside this site, under the written agreement for that home.

If you ask for a self-tour, we check your ID before we send access details. Access details are for you alone and must not be shared.

If you tick the box agreeing to texts, we may send you automated text messages about your inquiry. Reply STOP to stop them and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Use this site only for lawful purposes, and do not try to reach parts of it that are not meant for the public.

We may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The terms on this page when you use the site are the ones that apply.
